Over the past decade an unprecedented level of expenditure – over £20 million – has ensured we have remained at the forefront in our sector. To support growth the business recently invested £4m in a new Assembly and Test facility specific to supplying turnkey assemblies.

Express Engineering has extensive facilities (250,000 ft2) and 300,000 hours per annum manufacturing capacity (>100 CNC Machine Tools) for hubs, clamps, actuators and tooling. We have the knowledge and expertise in machining, welding, assembly, testing, documentation and the management systems and processes to deliver quality assured products on time at a competitive cost.
