CNC Machining

On-going investment in CNC machining has enabled us to offer a comprehensive service, reduce lead times, and adhere to rigorous project quality requirements.

With a range of high precision CNC machines including turning centres with live tooling, vertical turning and vertical milling centres, we specialise in low volume fine tolerance production components and we are able to produce flanges, connector systems, multi-bore hubs, block elbows and wellhead components.

We continue to invest in our machine shop, the most recent addition being a Doosan Puma VT900, enablling us to turn items up to 900mm in diameter. Our facilities can also be used to develop innovative solutions for new technological applications.
